Everyone at Lake is working from home and we’re still here to take on new briefs and continue to work on existing projects.
We appreciate that the last few weeks have been a big change for us all, but after some adjustment, we are continuing to provide a creative service for our clients as normally as possible.
As an agency we are having our daily video meetings and we are available on email and phone to all our clients. We have a virtual phone system, so if you call our usual office number, someone will pick it up and can transfer you to whoever you need. We’re happy to arrange video meetings with you whenever you want. Although if they are unexpectedly interrupted by small children, we hope you understand.
Naturally, like many businesses, we are a bit quieter at the moment. Some of our clients have been hit hard by this situation and our thoughts are with them.
We understand that some projects by necessity will have to be put on hold or cancelled. That is normal in these un-normal times. However, if you are using this time to think about how you might come out of this situation in some way stronger or different, then we would be happy to help you in any way we can. We all need to work together at the moment to get through this.
The NHS has been a valued client for many years. However, design and creative are, understandably, not an NHS priority at the moment, so we searched for another way we could help.
We became aware of the campaign asking people with 3D printers to print face shields at home. We just happen to have a 3D printer and have been busy in our spare time printing masks to donate to the NHS for front line use.
